Using the service
Use the site lawfully and don't misuse it (no scraping, spamming, impersonation, or attempts to disrupt the service). Families: contact homes only with genuine interest. Providers: only claim a listing you're authorized to represent, and keep your information accurate.
Listings & accuracy
Provider information may be sourced from public records or submitted by providers, and may change. Always verify licensing, availability, pricing, services, and care suitability directly with the provider and official state sources.
Provider subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the disclosed monthly recurring charge until cancellation. You may cancel from your billing page at any time. Cancellation stops automatic renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with plan access continuing through that date. Fees already paid, including setup fees, are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time, except where required by applicable law. There is no cancellation or exit fee. Featured placement is limited per city and category and may be waitlisted.
SMS verification
SMS verification is optional and is available only after a user affirmatively opts in. AFHCircle sends SMS messages through this program only for one-time phone verification or authentication codes. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS verification codes is not a condition of purchase.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, AFHCircleisn't liable for decisions made based on listings or for interactions between families and providers.

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
